Thanks for this post! I’m also building a knowledgebase for my clients that is a mix of customer-specific content as well as content for all clients (like web strategies and ideas). Have you been able to do this kind of thing?

Great post, but I am having trouble with the video player. The progress bar and time at the bottom show nothing and sometimes when I switch to full screen it looks like static. I am using all the same methods except using camtasia instead of camstudio.

Good video camstudio is a great free product…. I like camtasia studio as well but it costs a bit. 30 days are free on it.
