I’d like to introduce my first free Drupal theme. It’s called the Mixer Theme. It’s a simple CSS, clean style theme. 900 pixels wide and is for Drupal version 6. My idea was to create a free theme that is ready to use out of the box. But simple and clean enough to easily customize for your own needs. The Mixer Theme also utilizes some good looking typography which makes it ideal for blogging.
Also included in the theme is psd file for the Mixer Theme logo in case you want to use the same font and create your own. This theme is based of the free Nixer Drupal theme.The font used for the logo is the Grunge Serifia font by SynergyDigital.
The theme is extremely lightweight and fast. It supports both left and right sidebars. All CSS and XHTM is valid. Should look identical in Firefox, IE, and Safari.
I hope you enjoy this free theme. It is licensed under the GNU General Public License so it’s completely Open Source. If you are a designer feel free to take it and do with it as you please. Any user feedback in the comment thread below would help tremendously for the advancement of this theme.
