They look like this... ?page_id=3&category=2 You can just link to those if all you are trying to do is put a category on a page. It's already done! I have tried two different plugins (runPHP and PHP Exec), which are supposed to allow php in pages/posts, but still no luck. Do you use a different plugin to do this? It is a little flexible. But if you go into your admin area under the Ecommerce tab, go to the "Shop Settings" tab. In there, you will see the different options. I typically use the Widget called "Categories & Brands", and that links dynamically to each individual category.
