Why Do This?
Imagine everytime you post a new article/bookmark on Digg, Delicious, StumbleUpon & Mixx that it’s automatically or “automagically†as I like to say, posted to one source. And that one source is owned by the largest Social Network in the entire world. Facebook.
This is worth doing because it streamlines all of your social bookmarking efforts into one place. You do of course have more options of more social media sites with FriendFeed. But i’m going to show you how to forward these 4, because these are the social bookmarking sites I actively use. The big payoff to this is that you can communicate in the FriendFeed social environment while simultaneously communicating in these 3 other Social Bookmarking environments. This will save you a ton of time and get you more traffic to your blog.
Let’s Get To It!
This takes just a couple steps and is very easy to do. In this tutorial I will show you how to forward all posts from your Digg, Delicious, StumbleUpon & Mixx accounts to your FriendFeed account. Before following these steps make sure you have an account with FriendFeed, Digg, Delicious, StumbleUpon & Mixx.
Step 1. Login to your FriendFeed account
Step 2. Go to the Settings Page. The link for this is located right next to your profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the site.

Step 3. Locate and click on the ‘Add/Edit’ link next to services

Step 4. Now, one by one select each service and enter your username for that service.

Believe it or not that’s it! You are now “automagically†posting your activities on Digg, Mixx, StumbleUpon and Delicious into your FriendFeed profile as new posts.
A couple things to note. Currently the time between when you submit an article to Digg, Mixx, & Delicious and when it’s updated on FriendFeed is almost “Real-Time†or instantanous. However the time between when you post a new link on StumbleUpon and when it’s updated on FriendFeed appears to be around 20 minutes.
