Just when you think Google has been quiet for a while, with what feels like a “blink of an eye” they come out with a new tool that changes the Internet forever. Sure enough it has happened again. This time with the creation of Google’s new project, Google Wave! Without wasting time for both myself and you by trying to fully explain what Google Wave is, I’ll let you watch the video below which is a condensed version of the Google Wave presentation. A few notes I made

• Wave is an online communication and collaboration tool
• Everything is done through a web browser (how it should be)
• instant messaging
• email
• blogger integration
• works great with mobile devices
• the playback tool is the first tool I want to play around with to see how I would use it
• Google docs integration
• the entire platform is open source to allow others to easily integrate more functionality
• it has the best WYSIWYG editor I have ever seen!!!!!
• this tool will change online collaboration forever!
• Twitter integration called the “Twave”. Not exactly sure what it entails.
